The success of the previous three ICBDER conferences was highly praised by scholars and experts. In order to focus more on the field of civil, architecture and environmental research, and to deepen the exchanges between scholars and experts, we decided to change the name of the conference to the 4^th International Conference on Civil, Architecture and Environmental Research (ICCAER 2021). With the experience and precipitation of the previous three conferences successfully held, we believe that the 4^th International Conference on Civil, Architecture and Environmental Research (ICCAER 2021) will achieve greater success.
